If you have been locked out of your SSAR account due to too many failed login attempts, you will need to follow the steps below to activate your account.
- To regain access to your SRAR, please find and click on your school's Activation Page below.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Activation Page and enter the email address you used to create your SSAR account.
- Click Resend Activation Email. An activation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive an activation email, please refer
- Follow the instructions sent via email to finish unlocking your account. The activation link will expire in 24 hours and can only be used to activate your account one time.

After you have successfully unlocked your account, please reset your password before attempting to log back in to your account.
If you do not receive an email with your activation code, be sure that you add support@scarletcs.com to your address book and check your Spam folder.
If it has been 24 hours and your activation link and code are expired, repeat the steps in this article to receive a new activation link/code.
